Return Policy

Items purchased from Blue Nose Trading are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, with the exception of consumable goods.

  1. Exclusions: Due to safety and hygiene regulations, teas and treats are non-returnable. All sales on consumable products are final.
  2. Initiation: Log into your Shopify account for easy self-guided returns or contact torisolis@bluenosetrading.com to start your return for eligible items no later than 30 days after delivery.
  3. Condition & Tracking: Items must be returned undamaged. The buyer must provide a valid tracking number for the return shipment. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
  4. Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  5. Processing Fee: A 20% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover original shipping and administrative costs.

For packages damaged by mail carrier, please send a photo of the broken item(s) and damaged package to torisolis@bluenosetrading.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
