Shipping

• Ships Monday and Tuesday to avoid weekend delays.
• Every starter plant is carefully prepped and insulated to survive transit:
  • Soil & Foliage Protection: Pot and soil are secured to prevent spillage, and foliage is wrapped gently to prevent leaf damage.
  • Insulation: Plants are sealed with reflective foil insulation to protect against extreme temperature swings.
  • Dispatch Schedule: To prevent live plants from sitting in cold delivery trucks or depots over the weekend, packages ship on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Winter Shipping & Weather Policy (Required Reading)

• I ship from sunny Dallas, TX, but monitor weather conditions across the United States daily.
• Temperatures Below 45°F: If daytime or nighttime temperatures in your destination area (or along the transit route) drop below 45°F, a Winter Protection Upgrade (Heat Pack) is required at checkout.
  • 72-Hour Heat Packs: 72-hour heat packs maintain warmth in transit. Please select the Priority Mail + Heat Pack shipping option at checkout if you are experiencing cold weather.
• Unprotected Shipments: Orders placed to freezing locations without a Heat Pack Upgrade are shipped at the buyer's own risk and are not eligible for our Live Arrival Guarantee.
• Extreme Cold Holds: If temperatures in your region fall below 25°F, I reserve the right to hold your order until a safe shipping window opens.

Live Arrival Guarantee

• Your plant is guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy when proper shipping options are selected.
• Unboxing Promptly: Please track your package closely and bring it inside immediately upon delivery. Heat packs cannot protect plants left for extended time on freezing porches or in unheated mailboxes.
• If Issues Arise: In the rare event your plant arrives severely damaged or frozen, notify me within 12 hours of delivery with 2 clear photos of the plant and packaging. I will promptly issue a replacement or refund.
  • A couple of leaves breaking is not considered severe damage.
