These are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, the ceramic will warm up when it has a hot liquid inside of it. If the drink is too hot to drink, this cup may be too hot to hold with bare skin. Cleaning:
Water bottle brushes are a great way to get into this cup if it needs a good scrub. For a hardcore deep-clean: soak the entire cup in soapy hot water for an hour. Scrub with a water bottle brush, rinse thoroughly and sanitize in dishwasher.
